This guided tour is adapted for students who are learning French.
Our guides encourage discussions with the participants in order to provide them with opportunities to practice their French. In addition to providing an opportunity to improve their comprehension of French, students also discover another aspect of Quebec’s cultural heritage.

In addition to the tour, we offer the francization groups activities to help them familiarize themselves with Quebec’s heritage.
By carrying out these activities in class, they will gain some insight into local culture.

Duration : 60 to 120 minutes
Hours for School Visits :
9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (Tuesday to Friday)
Rate : $5/student (1 free admission for every 15 students)

Maximum 60 people (minimum15 people)
Meals :
Unfortunately, we do not have the space necessary to accommodate school groups during the lunch hour. However, Marguerite-Bourgeoys Park is just a short walk from the museum and is a lovely place for a picnic, weather permitting.
Payment :
You will receive an invoice with your reservation confirmation. This confirmation includes a promo code that enables you to pay online. Payment can also be made by credit or debit card, cheque (made out to Maison Saint-Gabriel) or in cash no later than the day of visit.
Security :
Chaperons must ensure that the students adhere to the code of conduct.

During the guided tour, you will see artefacts several hundred years old. To ensure their conservation for future generations, it is prohibited to manipulate or to touch them.
